Really good Stay near Santa Maria Novella!

This accommodation offered a washing machine, helpful. The staff provided excellent local recommendations for dining and gelato. I found the location amazing, with clean rooms stocked with tea, coffee, and morning treats.

The photos looked slightly better than the actual room and some appliances was a bit dated.

The rooms are very spacious with separate rooms for kids and adults. Two AC units effectively kept the room cool (really useful !). I especially liked that there was a washer in the room.

i had a spacious and comfortable room . daily cleaning service kept it tidy. its central location made it easy to get around. the staff gave me great recommendations for nearby restaurants. they really helped me discover delicious local cuisine.

The building is old and the walls felt a little thin. I could hear some noise from the main office in the mornings.

The location was very convenient. It was close to the train station and made it easy to reach all the attractions. I also appreciated the large size of the room. Plus, the staff were helpful when I needed information.

My room felt quite enclosed and not very inviting (it differed from the photos I saw online). A smaller window and older decor didn't help much. Closing some doors was difficult because knobs were missing. It exposed nails. I thought this was a safety concern.
